TIM Delhi Airport completed 5 successful years on 10th June, 2015, The company celebrated this significant milestone and great teamwork by organizing a trip to Rishikesh.


A healthy balance out of the mind, body and spirit results in an overall feeling of Well –being . Wellness of employees is of paramount significance to TIMDAA. It has invested in creating active awareness amongst its people about making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life.

Health Camp

In 2015, Health Camp facilitated by Fortis was organized in the office premises offering Free health check – up for all employees.

Nutrition Camp

Health Camp was followed by a thorough Diet/ Nutrition counselling basis the BMI report for individual employees.

Yoga Session

Workplace Yoga Session especially deliberated to combat stress and maintain agility.


As per the statutory requirement of Companies Act 2015, TIMDAA’s contribution for CSR was extended to Varalakshmi Foundation, a GMR initiative.

The company donated a MMU and also sponsored a vocational course imparted by CII skill Training Centre respectively. These services are managed by Varalakshmi Foundaton.

Mobile Medical Unit

TIMDAA sponsored a Mobile Medical Unit to serve under-served communities in various villages of Raipur District, Chhattisgarh. MMU reaches out to 5 villages and provides basic medical treatment along with medicines among the target groups at their door steps. Systematic schedule is prepared & visits done according.

MMU Near Raipur

More than 350 patients avails these services provided by the MMU in a week. For each village there are two MMU visit in a week, for six hours each week. MMU has covered 1107 patients at five different villages of which more than 700 patients are female, Children & old age people who are incapable of visiting hospitals.  Already, 30 rounds of visits has taken place.

CII Skill Training Centre

CII Skill Training Centre is located at Chindwara district of Madhya Pradesh. The institute is a unique initiative of CII, where different industry partners have been invited to provide vocational training to school and college dropout youth through short-term courses.

CII Skill Center’s Micro Irrigation Course

TIMDAA extended support to CII Skill Center’s Micro Irrigation Course during the Year 2014-15. The 3 months course on Micro Irrigation Technique first started in June, 2012 and later a specialized course on Plumbing was added from second batch starting Oct, 2012

Visit to CII Skill Centre

Visited the CII skill Centre on 24th Sep, 15 at Chindwara situated at 150 Km from Nagpur. Interacted with the student and the faculty. Spoken to the students who have completed their courses. The students were happy and satisfied with the way they are being trained and guided. Distributed the certificates to the students for completion of course.

Visit to MMU Operations

TIMDAA representatives visited the MMU placed near about 100 km from Raipur sites on 25th Sep, 15. Interacted with the villagers reached out by our MMU. Spoken to the staff doctors and nurses who were conducting medical check-up of the patients. Taken the feedback from the villagers/patients about the services of MMU and they were very thankful for the services and the benefits they are getting from MMU and Staff.Mr. Rakesh Samkaria (CFO), Mrs. Minakshi Buragohain (HR) and Mr. Rohit Rautela (CS & Legal Mgr.) visited the sites.
